We are deliberately lean. We don't have a bench. We don't have utilisation targets. Every person who works on a Lion engagement chose to be there and is trusted to deliver.

Project-basedDeep practitioners in AI deployment, blockchain infrastructure, or digital asset markets. Not people who advise on these technologies — people who build with them, invest in them, and understand them from the inside.
Research & Intelligence Analyst

How it works
Independent consultants work on a project basis at senior day rates. You set your own rate, choose which engagements to take, and maintain full independence. There are no exclusivity requirements and no bench obligations.
We provide the client relationships, the project scoping, the AI infrastructure, and the quality assurance framework. You provide the expertise and the judgement. It's a genuine partnership — not an employer-employee relationship dressed up as one.
What we don't do
We don't do up-or-out. We don't do forced ranking. We don't measure your value by the hours you bill or the slides you produce.
We don't sell work and then hand it to juniors. The person the client meets is the person who does the work.
